Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll not only manage our ad campaigns but also bring a creative vision to our social media content strategy. Your unique blend of technical expertise and creative flair will help us reach new heights! You will have a direct role in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Tik Tok. Your goal is to increase volume and decrease CAC.
  • Creative Content Strategy: Lead the creative direction for our social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. You’ll work closely with designers, freelancers, and other creatives to bring your vision to life.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use data to continuously refine and improve ad performance. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to guide future strategies.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end process of ad creation and social media content development, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality

Required Skills:

Hard Skills:

  • Ad Platform Mastery: Expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Trend Knowledge: Deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, with the ability to adapt strategies to different demographics such as Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z.
  • Creative Direction: Proven ability to lead the development of creative content that drives engagement and supports brand growth across social media channels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing creative projects, coordinating with designers, freelancers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch content.

Soft Skills:

  • Creativity: A keen eye for design and content, with the ability to generate innovative ideas that captivate our audience.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both in articulating creative visions and in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing ad campaigns and leading creative content strategies.
  • A proven track record of driving growth through innovative ad techniques and compelling social media content.
  • A portfolio showcasing your success in both ad management and creative direction.
