Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

• Minimum 1-2 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, Indirect Procurement
• RFP Management: Candidate will be required to work on procurement processes like RFP floating, comparative analysis of offers, negotiation, vendor communication in person/mails/calls/video conference, vendor contracts/agreements. Preparation of request notes for approvals and presentations.
• Data Base Management: MIS, information gathering, general sourcing of vendors and items
• Stake Holder communication: He/she will be required to work with vendors and internal stake holders across India. Ability to generate clear specifcation from indenter's communication is must
• Task Management: Candidate should be able to work on end to end process with least supervision.
• Project Management: To work in a cross functional team with interdependent actions and roles
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in global environment
• Knowledge about logistics, SCM and Tax compliances.
• Implementation of Source to Contract (S2C) and P2P (Procure to pay) steps in respective transaction.
• Client operations experience will be added advantage in this position
