As our new R&D Manager for Snacks, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation from concept to launch. Your mission? To ensure every new product meets the highest quality standards and delivers on taste, safety, and consumer satisfaction.
Based at our Gateshead snack site, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of snacking technologies, collaborating with a wide network of internal teams and external partners. Whether it’s working closely with our marketing and insights teams or engaging directly with suppliers and customers, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of snacking.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Innovation Leadership: Support the Head of R&D Snacks in leading the innovation pipeline. You’ll be the driving force behind new product development, ensuring that every product is rooted in consumer insights and aligned with our business strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Inspire and coach the R&D Technologist and work closely with other teams to foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.
