Reach your full potential as a Brand Manager
As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for devising and executing the product portfolio strategy and vision for various cosmetics brands within the Benelux.
A few examples of your Brand Manager tasks include:
- Creating and leading the annual marketing plan and retailer development, while developing strategies for retailer growth and engagement
- Managing and taking full ownership of monthly and annual A&P budgets, and ensuring effective allocation of resources in relation to sell-in
- Performing monthly analyses of purchasing data at the brand and retailer levels. This data is used to gain insights and adjust strategies for optimal performance
- Maintaining a close relationship with Product Development, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies. Additionally, you foster strong relationships with key retailers and partners
- You stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviour. These insights are used to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
As an expert, you are always up to date on the latest trends and developments in terms of market share, pricing, distribution, competition, etc.
Requirements

Besides your entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, you have strong analytical skills and are decisive. Due to your international work experience, you have a global perspective. You are able to convince and motivate others, are result-oriented, and work in a structured manner.
You
- Have a bachelor’s degree in International Business or Marketing
- Have at least two years of successful professional experience in beauty cosmetics
- Have an excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English
- Preferably have a command of a third language, such as Spanish or French
- Possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
