Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our platform for customers in Northern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring our customers successfully integrate Shippeo's solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Implementations: Manage the implementation of Shippeo for multiple customers, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Customer Guidance: Lead kickoff meetings, collect customer information, prepare plans, oversee technical setups, train key users, and provide regular updates.
• Project Management: Utilize project management tools to log and share summaries, status updates, tasks, and key metrics.
• Weekly Meetings: Organize and lead weekly meetings or calls with customers to provide onboarding updates and ensure alignment on all project aspects.
• Collaborate with Customer Success: Work closely with our Customer Success team to align project delivery with customer needs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
