IT Data Center Operation Intern

• Coordinate all internal contractor and vendor activities onsite, including security clearance and scheduling of resources
• Support the ticketing process for all onsite incidents and issues related to the Datacenter
• Support the hands-on troubleshooting of IT Infrastructure hosted in the datacenter
• Support IT Infrastructure related teams in their projects and physical hardware rollout activities (cabling, rack-and-stack, simple configuration up to ILO / OBM)
• Mapping of current datacenter inventory into DCIM tool
• Stock / Consumable management – maintain the current stock management system based on Microsoft Power Apps platform. Housekeep and initiate backfill of spare parts where required
• Support movement of goods between the data centers / office locations when operationally required

Requirements

• Good interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
• Highly motivated, self initiated, target oriented and able to work independently
• Flexible to work in different environments (50% office / 50% offsite)
• Work and contribute effectively in a regional / global team
• Keen to learn or experience in ITIL-Processes Incident- Problem- Change- and Asset Management
