Reports to: Global Brand Leader
Internally, this role will also be referred as a Global Category Lead

Location: NYC- This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week in office

The Salary Range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 a/year

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a new role for Omnicom Production and eg+. The role has been created for two exciting reasons: first, this is a major new global client engagement; second, Omnicom Production has recently been launched and this client partnership is an outstanding opportunity to deliver on the promise of Omnicom Production.

The Global Category Lead will be responsible for leading the global agency partnership for the skin & beaty category within a larger consumer goods portfolio. The Lead will work in tight partnership with the creative and strategy leads for the same category; alongside the teams leading the two other client divisions.

The role combines strategic, client, team, and overall business leadership and will report to the overall Global Business Lead. This role will have responsibility for the health and growth of the client partnership; for the delivery of our work across the skin and beauty division globally; and being a respected thought leader and collaborate with various marketing partners, other client category leads, and other agency partners.

REQUIREMENTS

· Client satisfaction responsibility, within and across the skin/beauty BU, globally

· Beauty industry passion and experience

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with internal teams and external clients

· Drive to deliver innovation and effective application of technologies

· Curiosity for continued improvement

· Strong use of data for optimization (effectiveness and efficiency)

· Support Global Lead and clients by enabling them to develop and deliver holistic campaigns, innovative projects, and provide advice regarding change management

· Help drive and deliver upon a culture of excellence, respect and craft

· Ability to handle high pressure situations

· Confidence and capability to build respected partnership with creative and media agencies

· Willingness to wear many hats while giving team members autonomy and support

· Significant time demonstrating progressive management experience in a marketing/production/content development environment

THIS ROLE ENTAILS

· Domestic and potentially international travel

· Revenue management experience

· Flexibility and resiliency in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

· Building a team that embodies OP culture and successfully manages profitable projects

· Lead successful implementation of new content and production model

· Earn senior client lead respect as a valued advisor

· Create and deepen client relationships globally and across regions

· Drive client satisfaction

· Ensure clarity of responsibilities with other agency partners, and strong working partnerships

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: INTERNAL

· Set expectation and track performance against global and local revenue growth

· Create seamless workflow within and across teams and locations

· Tight partnership and productive working relationship with creative, strategy and other leads

· Keep executive leadership updated on key points and involve as necessary / helpful

· Partner with global discipline leaders to ensure best use of talent
