Senior Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director, Testing Services to lead our Shared Testing Services (STS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of testing, including regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, and operational readiness testing. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in testing services, team management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Shared Testing Services team, ensuring best practices in testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Oversee regression testing, end-to-end flows, integration testing, performance testing, and operational readiness testing.
• Define and maintain testing frameworks, enabling teams to follow best practices and enhance existing tests.
• Collaborate with platform teams to drive test stability and code coverage improvements.
• Standardize entry and exit criteria for testing, ensuring evergreen test automation and maintaining automated cross-functional and end-to-end test suites.
