A leading firm specializing in comprehensive human resource management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a variety of HR functions, helping the organization deliver exceptional services to its clients.

As the Virtual Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient service of the Companyโ€™s operations. Youโ€™ll be responsible for managing their team calendar, setting up virtual and phone meetings, maintaining lists of client anniversaries and birthdays, developing PowerPoint presentations, creating and scheduling social media posts, cleaning up and assisting in the maintenance of their general email inbox, as well as maintaining and update their CRM.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and manage multiple email accounts.
  • Schedule and organize appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update calendars with accuracy.
  • Set up and facilitate Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials as needed.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations with high visual and informational impact.
  • Design professional and engaging presentations using Canva.
  • Social Media and Marketing Support
  • Create and schedule social media graphics and posts.
  • Assist in developing content strategies for social media platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with social media audiences as required.
  • Update and maintain client records in CRM systems.
  • Utilize productivity tools to manage tasks and workflows efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and manage digital files.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Provide other administrative support as required.

What You Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
  • Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications or related software.
  • Experience with Canva is required (similar design software is a plus).
  • Experience working with CRM and productivity software is preferred.
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines at least 90% of the time.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and pivot as needed.
  • Efficient and error-free setup and coordination of virtual meetings.

Salary & Perks

  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
