- Partner with product teams to create go-to-market strategies for product releases, through multiple channels including emails campaigns, in-product updates, newsletter, social and community updates
- Plan, organize, and execute Open Studio, our quarterly online event with a creative approach to showcase product updates and engage our user base
- Coordinate with the in-house production team to manage the planning, shooting, and editing of Open Studio, ensuring all technical and creative aspects meet the desired standards and result in a high-quality end product
- Optimize processes and frameworks to ensure product teams collaborate effectively and align with Open Studio, making it the primary platform for announcing major updates and releases
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, event planning, and project management, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
- Youโre a proactive and driven individual with a deep passion for products and user experience, demonstrating a strong desire to make a significant impact and deliver results
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- You have an in-depth understanding of product development processes, with a strong ability to drive alignment between product and communication teams
- Youโre highly organized with strong attention to detail and a creative mind for delivering impactful user communications
