We are in search of an Art Director, Multicultural with experience art directing for and an understanding of the Hispanic market to join our creative team. We are seeking someone who has worked with multicultural content and understands the cultural nuances and regionalisms of Hispanic culture. You will join a team of creatives focused on our newest AOR win for a large telecom client. You will craft compelling, culturally relevant, and authentic creative tailored specifically for this audience across multiple marketing channels. You will art direct deliverables including TV, radio, out of home, paid social media and print. You will report to a Creative Director, and be paired with a Copywriter (and we would love an existing team!).
Accountabilities
Provide comping skills on multiple projects
Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
Develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
Collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion
