Passionate about helping others and skilled in legal matters? Join us as a Legal Intake Specialist! You'll be the first point of contact, collecting case information, preparing documents, and delivering excellent service. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential clients via phone and email to generate leads.
• Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility.
• Gather and organize case documentation.
• Schedule and follow up on appointments.
• Assist in drafting and filing legal documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and enhance the company's reputation.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet and suitable workspace.
• Experience in a legal setting is a plus.
• Personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with at least 10 Mbps internet.
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
