Position Overview

As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading Precision Oncology sales activities in the assigned region within the US. Specifically, you will lead a team of sales leaders whose teams are focused on selling select products within the Precision Oncology Portfolio, which could include Oncotype DX, OncoDetect (Molecular Residual Disease), OncoExtra (Comprehensive Genetic Profiling) & RiskGuard (Hereditary Cancer Testing).

The main focus of responsibilities include Sales and Commercial Leadership, Business Planning and Execution, Project Management, People Development, and Communication.
