- Build emails (& SMS’s) to support effective communication with Lendi Group customers and prospects.
- Manage and ensure the delivery of emails to the database in line with the Group marketing plan.
- Manage and execute a test and learn framework to optimise customer lifecycle journeys and initiatives, constantly looking to identify areas for improvement.
- Bring a focus to how we make our emails highly personalised and relevant to the customer needs.
- Work with the Broker marketing team to manage, build and launch Broker marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and campaign basis.
- Develop an understanding of customer data and journeys in order to build new segments for campaign execution.
- Provide support in administrative and maintenance tasks related to the customer journeys platforms and remit.
- Provide support on documentation of campaigns, journeys and CRM initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital projects or marketing.
- Hands-on technical knowledge and experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred) to build emails
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript preferrable
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva preferable
- Understanding of digital marketing (especially Email) best practices
- Experience with a/b testing and campaign optimisation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
