About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice President, Investor Relations, this individual will support Cenovus's Investor Relations program and will play a key role in ensuring that the company's business strategy and financial outlook are articulated in a consistent, clear, and concise manner to the investment community. The Senior Analyst will prepare presentation and communications materials, perform financial and shareholder analysis, and interact internally with people in all levels of the organization plus externally with investment professionals and portfolio managers.
What you’ll do:
- Work with other members of the IR team, senior leaders, and other business teams across the company to articulate Cenovus’s shareholder value proposition
- Facilitate effective and consistent communication between executives and the investment community
- Work collaboratively with the External Financial Reporting and Communications teams to deliver consistent messaging and detailed execution of key IR deliverables including::
o New releases
o Quarterly financial reports
