Be Accountable and Responsible

• Designing and developing the marketing analytics strategy for one or more clients from program kickoff through implementation and performance reporting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Media, and Technology) to define measurable program goals and objectives
• Providing solutions and points of view on how to solve or answer analytical and measurement challenges, including measurement plans outlining project objectives, tools, data sources, and most importantly, developing testing and learning agendas to drive insights and optimizations
• Developing actionable insights from the data and communicating the business impact of marketing investments to the client's business outcomes
• Managing one or more direct reports, including mentorship/career development and quality assurance of measurement frameworks, performance reports, and other deliverables
• Serving as subject matter expert concerning key measurement/data platforms (ad servers, attribution and ROI Modeling, and BI tools)
