Project Manager (Localisation & Content)

As the Project Manager supporting our client’s Marketing teams, you’ll be helping to develop and launch regional marketing communications programmes and campaigns and managing important brand touchpoints such as the creators' website with multiple local nuances. With that, localisation processes and dynamics play a huge part of this project. You will support internal and external partners in driving content distribution through on-and-off platform media channels - all with the purpose of driving creator engagement and supporting their needs.

You should be an extremely organised, methodical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for content creation. They should be an excellent communicator of concise, accurate deadline-driven information to inform launch decisions.

Role:

Website

  • Lead and develop strategy, analyze opportunities, and drive execution of website campaigns/enhancements, supported by insights and analytics
  • Lead, facilitate and participate in the end-to-end creative process, and to assist and liaise with agency partners, to deliver creative and marketing messaging that aligns to creative narrative / look & feel
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create, localize and publish new content on the brand’s website and other mediums
  • Lead localization and validation efforts with agency partners
  • Collaborate with execs and regional teams to assess business needs and opportunities
  • Generate status reports and recommendations for website needs
  • Quality control assets prior to production handoff to ensure they meet all necessary standards and needs
  • Form strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across channels, teams, and regions.

Campaigns

  • Develop strategy and drive execution of creator comms campaigns, supported by insights and analytics
  • Lead, facilitate and participate in the end-to-end creative process, and to assist and liaise with our client’s agency partners, when necessary for the purpose, to deliver creative and marketing messaging that aligns to creative narrative / look & feel
  • Implement, track and prioritize a calendar of specific initiatives that align to the broader strategy and goals
  • Day-to-day project management across marketing campaigns for email and in-product notifications
  • Assist in copy and asset development, and identify creative opportunities across channels
  • Support the preparation of business reviews and business cases for executive decisions
  • Collaborate with regional teams to plan creative projects, define milestones, assign
  • resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Manage projects through strategy alignment, briefing, design development and production in partnership with key partners (Design, Production and Legal as and when needed)
  • Distill regional and local creative needs into concise design briefs and processes, and present output and discuss feedback within the GTM team
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and external agency partners to deliver exceptional creative work - showing a keen eye for great design and a focus on brand integrity
  • Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management and implement or drive and implement changes where required
  • Traffic management across all necessary projects requests from intake through final approval
  • Manage communication between key stakeholders (global, regional, local) while representing project status and share outs.
  • Collect creative inputs and updates to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in the region and across all usage touchpoints
  • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
  • Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner
  • Liaising closely with agencies to generate creative ideas and validate to, during and post-launch of campaigns and programmes.

Products

  • Learn about upcoming product launches and identify opportunities to support with scaled comms levers, and collaborate cross-functionally to support launches

You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in content marketing and/or agency producer position.

  • Prior experience developing and launching globally relevant and hyper-localised content plans and programmes.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to set goals and prioritise initiatives with minimal guidance.

  • Proven track record of launching a variety of creative projects, ranging in complexity, and an adept understanding of creative ‘lingo’.

  • Familiarity with handling a variety of file types across a range of mediums.

  • Team player who is able to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Self-motivated self-starter, displaying composure under challenging phases.

  • Strong experience operating within cross-functional teams, ideally in a matrix organisation.

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support with the projects spanning across JAPAC.
