What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a new member to help drive brand awareness and lead generation through digital marketing. We are a company with two business streams, a strong and vibrant startup culture and looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive and creative individual.

The B2B Digital Marketing Executive has the role of optimising and managing online marketing activities including social media management, website maintenance and SEO, analytics and content creation. You will conduct competitor analysis, support the development of the marketing strategy, administrate and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns working alongside our marketing team, engage with the audience to understand their needs, conduct data analysis in order to optimise marketing activities by understanding customer journeys leading to conversions. You will also coordinate SEM and other ad campaigns.

Main responsibilities

Social Media Administration & Analysis:

• Maintain, enhance, and engage on all the company’s social media platforms for brand awareness and lead generation (specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Spotify).
• Administer the company’s website(s) to optimise and maintain content & SEO, seeing what’s working and what isn’t using A/B testing.
• Use analytical tools and conduct analysis to identify inefficiencies or opportunities and improve overall customer journey.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging marketing content (ads, video, landing pages) to get our story across.
• Interact with the sales and marketing teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with the general marketing and sales efforts, including tracking in Pipedrive CRM and Intercom.

Content creation:

• Create content for digital marketing campaigns.

Growth & Innovation:

• Develop a deep understanding of our product & services.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and tools, adapting strategies as needed.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Required skills & experience
  • Proven experience and good understanding of digital marketing platforms, including latest tools, trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience and proficient with data analysis platforms (eg. Google Analytics, and others), as well as integration with CRM for an end-to-end view of marketing conversions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - must be native in English (additional languages bonus).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Interest in technology, Web3 and blockchain.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working from the office 2-3 days a week (Canary Wharf, London).
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of additional social media platforms.
  • Experience with blockchain technology.
