We are seeking a seasoned Senior full-stack .NET/C# Tech Lead with a strong Angular development background to join our team for a 12-month contract. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in building a modern web application that effectively delivers our advertising creative & spend data to clients.
This position is initially offered as a 12 month contract.
This is a US based remote position. The ability to work in-person 1-2 days per week in our New York (Central Manhattan) or West Chester, Pennsylvania office would be helpful/preferred but is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in the technical design and architecture of the web application, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop robust and efficient .NET/C# backend services to support the frontend application.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Build and guide a high-performing development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Write clean, well-structured, and testable code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET, C#, and Angular technologies and trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and C#.
- Proven experience as a tech lead or development lead.
- Experience with Angular framework for building complex web applications.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
