- Act as point of contact for all HSE matters for relevant operations, liaising and interfacing with relevant personnel whilst ensuring compliance is met on plans and procedures
- Regularly review and update HSE policies to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with the use of quality materials for various work schedules
- Work with HSE manager to conduct HSE awareness programme for employees on best practices that will ensure safety while carrying out their day-to-day work schedules.
- Investigate and maintain records of workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes, and suggest best practices for the organization to ensure its practices are healthy and safe.
- Track and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and communicate corporate safety and environmental policies throughout the HSE team.
- Monitor the compliance of third party contractors in relation to company standards and requirements and provide assistance to contractors on requirements where necessary.
