We are seeking an experienced full-time Client Support and Sales Operations Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring smooth interactions between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client documentation, overseeing post-sales activities, and providing essential operational support to the sales team.

Client Support:

  • Manage client interactions, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling documentation requests.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes and maintain user access to relevant systems.
  • Address and escalate customer service issues as necessary.

Sales Operations:

  • Set up and manage client accounts, including user access and contract management.
  • Support sales processes, including post-sales activities, opportunity management, and portal management (e.g., Ariba, Coupa).
  • Assist in sales team operations, including reporting, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client support or sales operations role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing supplier portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
