We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR Operations team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless hiring processes that align with the company’s objectives and culture. Your expertise in attracting top talent and managing recruitment will be key to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Actively source, identify, and engage with top talent through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
  • Manage job postings and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Employer Branding:
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Assist in the organization of career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition up to candidates acceptance of offer.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (Workable).
