Computer systems specialists provide technical guidance for the development and troubleshooting of computer systems. They identify system data, hardware or software components required to meet user needs. They also develop guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams. The purpose of this request is to procure mainframe software development services for ODOT’s Commerce & Compliance Application Development (CCAD) team. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are as follows:
· Provide C# software development efforts related to CCAD initiatives.
· Provide COBOL software development efforts related to CCAD initiatives.
· Provide JCL development related to mainframe work.
