[What will you do?]

• We are building an academic team focused on developing test materials, mock tests, and university entrance exam preparation assessments. This is a strategic role that will oversee the end-to-end process of creating and publishing academic resources.
• Key Duties and Responsibilities
• 1. Project Planning and Management:
• 1. Develop and manage the project plan for creating and publishing academic content.
• 2. Set clear milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion of the project.
• 3. Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• 2. Team Coordination and Management:
• 1. Recruit and manage a team of 3-4 full-time educators, each specializing in different subjects.
• 2. Ensure that the team produces high-quality content aligned with educational standards.
• 3. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project.
• 3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• 1. Identify and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including teachers, educators, subject matter experts, and publishing partners.
• 2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• 3. Leverage existing resources, such as potential hires from current star teachers or knowledgeable part-time teaching assistants.
• 4. Content Development and Quality Assurance:
• 1. Oversee the creation of test materials, mock tests, and assessment guides.
• 2. Ensure that all content meets the required standards for publication and educational relevance.

• 3. Collaborate with external partners, such as education companies or publishing houses, to facilitate the production and distribution of materials.

[Key Requirements]

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Project Management

• 4-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the education sector or publishing industry.

• Proven experience in planning and executing academic content development projects.

• Strong ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans, including identifying necessary contacts, courses, and team resources.

• Experience working with or within educational institutions or publishing companies is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Able to communicate in English (report to CEO - English speaking)
