Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage accounting functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Coordinate external audits and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is required

• [Number] years of experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in healthcare.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.

• Proven leadership and financial operations management experience.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
