Engineering Team Lead

This is a unique leadership opportunity in Wolt, where you would be driving multiple key initiatives of our Catalog and Assortment systems that power the underlying platform of data storage for hundreds of thousands of Merchants. If you are one of those unicorns with leadership abilities & development skills, there is room in this position for hands-on contribution as well! The essential tasks in this role are facilitation, communication, helping high-performing engineers to focus, and bringing them context. We are thrilled if you have technical expertise in fields in any of the flutter, and backend domains. Knowledge of the retail space is a plus. The team uses Scala in the backend development so experience with it or other JVM languages is highly useful.
