Senior Director

Position Summary

The Senior Director, Data & Insights is a critical role within National University’s Strategic Institutional Research & Planning team. Leads a team in meeting the University’s diverse data requests both through the design, development, and maintenance of a robust and scalable self-service data environment as well as through the direct fulfillment of information requests by key decision makers within the University. The Sr. Director, Data & Insights oversees the work and professional development of the Data & Insights Analyst team, members of which design, develop, implement and maintain reporting tools. This role will work in concert with our Data Governance team and our Data Architecture & Engineering team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data insights and provides access to information in a seamless and timely manner. Additionally, collaborates with internal stakeholders to support reporting for compliance with Federal and state regulations.
