The company excels in building and managing real estate portfolios, facilitating access to US real estate investments for our clients. Central to our offerings is our US-based Alternative Investment business, focusing on Real Estate private debt and equity opportunities, extending the success of our initial Mexico-based Investment Fund.

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our investment activities, managing the due diligence process, and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, excel in financial modeling, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal Tracking and Management:
  • Monitor and track all incoming real estate investment opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain detailed records of deal flow, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Due Diligence Execution:
  • Lead the coordination and collection of due diligence documents for potential investments.
  • Manage the due diligence checklist, ensuring all items are completed on time and thoroughly reviewed.
  • Collaborate with external partners, legal teams, and consultants to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and evaluated.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain detailed Excel proforma models to project deal returns, including sensitivity analyses.
  • Integrate fee and cost schedules into financial models to assess the impact on projected returns.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Marketing and Investor Relations Support:
  • Assist in the creation of deal materials and presentations for investment committee internally and externally for potential investors.
  • Work closely with the investor relations team to answer questions and provide detailed information to current and prospective investors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with real estate due diligence processes is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak fluent Spanish.
