Your New Role

As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our sales operations, providing essential administrative support to the independent channel’s customer base. This role involves managing end-to-end coordination for nominated accounts and handling global cold lead enquiries. You'll be the go-to person for our Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring efficient order fulfilment and smooth communication.

In addition, you'll create and manage digital asset packs, coordinate POS materials and campaign launches, and oversee seasonal sales tools. Your role will be crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships, managing sales orders, and contributing to key business projects.

Your Day to Day

  • Serve as the primary contact for the BDM team, handling communications and order fulfilment.
  • Provide BDMs and buying groups with digital asset packs bi-monthly.
  • Deliver exceptional sales service, maintaining timely and quality communication with clients.
  • Coordinate POS materials, campaign launches, and seasonal sell-in tools.
  • Manage sales orders, report on inventory levels, and support sales targets.
  • Contribute to data management, ERP support, and business projects.
  • Coordinate retailer and internal sales conferences.
  • Resolve sales queries, monitor payments, and maintain outstanding orders.
  • Analyse and report on EDM results and new leads, ensuring brand compliance.

What You Need

  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Proven reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP and sales-focused CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or wholesale environments.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Google Suite, and wholesale consumer goods.
