At present, we have about 25 employees, passionate about providing the subsea industry with a platform for responsible underwater autonomy. In the heart of the system are autonomous underwater vehicles that can be utilized for a variety of tasks, ranging from subsea seismic to inspection of underwater infrastructure crucial to our society. What’s the role?

We are looking for a software developer for ocean bottom nodes. The scope of role includes development of internal software inside the node and the software needed for production testing. Depending on your profile, your work tasks may include:

• Together with product manager update roadmap, implement and test new features accordingly and close found bugs.
• Implement and maintain production testing for ocean bottom nodes.
• Field trips to learn the domain and evaluate features.
• Ensure a structured coding process and systematic testing.
• Support field operations and service desk.

The location is either at our site in Linköping or in Bromma. Travel will be required as a part of the job.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Work experience from relevant field, e.g. seismic, subsea and/or software development for production tests
• Experience of coding in e.g. C, C++, Python and database handling
• Experience in Linux and working close to HW
• System engineering and testing skills
• Engineering degree within relevant field
