Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a creator and supplier of premium quality video slots and other innovative games for sale and license to the gaming industry. As part of our R&D team, which currently consists of 2-3 developers from various stacks and our CTO, you will be the first full-stack engineer within the team, reporting directly to the CTO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as NodeJS/Typescript Developer;
• Experience in developing, integrating, and documenting REST APIs within a microservices architecture;
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and Redis, including writing optimized MySQL queries;
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) using Mocha for writing unit tests;
• Proven experience in performance optimization, with a passion for writing performant, testable, scalable, and clean code;
• Experience with Angular (version 6.0 and above) for implementing BackOffice UIs, including data grids and forms;
• Fluent in English for communicating with external partners and delivering end-to-end API integrations;
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and report to the head of engineering;
• iGaming domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture;
• Optimize MySQL queries for high performance and efficient data retrieval;
• Implement and maintain unit tests using Mocha, ensuring code reliability and functionality;
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the system to meet high-performance standards;
• Develop and maintain BackOffice UIs using Angular (version 6.0 and above), including data grids and forms;
• Communicate fluently in English with external partners to understand API documentation, identify requirements, and deliver end-to-end API integrations;
• Work independently with minimal guidance and regularly report to the head of engineering for code and database structure reviews;
• Ensure all code is testable, scalable, and adheres to clean code principles.
