THE POSITION

LAB22 is seeking a highly motivated front Office Trainee to join our team. As a Front Office Trainee, your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

Requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Front Office Trainee you will:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Handle complaints in a professional manner.

• Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• English and Spanish essential.
