Responsibilities

• Posting job openings on local platforms, websites, and community groups in China.
• Maintaining an Applicant Tracking System as a part of working with your candidates.
• Mass recruitment: CV screening, communication with candidates in English/Chinese, conducting interviews with relevant candidates (optional)

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting freelancers / part-timers / digital specialists.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese job market and labor landscape, including local hiring platforms.
• Familiarity with the cultural and market-specific aspects of recruiting in China.
• Attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of data, multitasking.
• Customer orientation, excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for verbal communication is required
• Fluency in the Chinese language.
• Readiness for routine work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
