Are you fluent in English and French with a passion for enhancing learning experiences? As a Training Success Specialist at Prosci, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality training programs. Support our instructors and participants by ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. You'll build strong customer relationships, act as a subject matter expert, and tackle technical challenges with ease. Your guidance will help participants navigate Prosci’s suite of solutions, driving their success and satisfaction.

We're seeking a dynamic bilingual professional with exceptional technical skills to navigate and troubleshoot various virtual platforms. If you have excellent communication abilities and can confidently support both instructors and participants, we want you on our team! You should be a proactive problem solver, adept at managing competing priorities calmly. Detail-oriented and committed to fostering a positive learning environment, you’ll thrive in Prosci's innovative framework and grow through continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Program Support:

  • Collaborate with instructors and participants to delivery impactful programs.
  • Leverage technical skills to effectively use and support online learning platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth program execution, working closely with the instructor.
  • Foster positive client relationships and ensure a supportive learning environment.

Managing Client Experience:

  • Proactively address participant needs and lead in-class activities with confidence.
  • Assist with classroom management, including answering questions and distributing materials.
  • Balance competing priorities effectively, ensure participant and instructor needs are met.
  • Facilitate understanding of Prosci tools and capture participant data to follow-up

Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Engage with participants to identify additional Prosci offerings that meet their needs.
  • Respond promptly to participant requests, ensuring a high level of service.

Project Coordination:

  • Support team projects and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings and team building events to foster a collaborative environment.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Basic ability to navigate Salesforce to access participant information and supporting resources for training program.
  • Able to support programs on a multitude of platforms including but not limited to Zoom, Teams, Webex, Google Meets, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to facilitate and lead group activities

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of career experience in customer service or support or similar type customer facing roles.
  • Bilingual English/French required

Additional Preferences

  • Degree or Certification or Diploma in relative field (Business Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service/Hospitality an asset)
  • Certifications in technical field
  • Experience teaching, training, facilitating desired.

Other

  • This position will require extended periods of sitting and utilizing virtual platforms
  • Long periods of screen time

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: This role requires 20% travel.

Work Location: Remote in Canada

Base Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You are also eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
