Logistics Assistant

nGeneration is looking for a Logistics and IT Support Services Assistant to help with day-to-day tasks to make the services departments run smoothly.

Ideally this person is someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, work at a pace and has an aptitude for IT and Technology as they will be required to assist on the repair, staging and coordinating side of the business.

ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED

SALARY: £21,000 per annum

+ Benefits (Training, Annual Performance Bonus, 28 Days Annual Leave (Pro Rata), Company Events and Team Parties and Events)

LOCATION: Tipton, Dudley

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Occasional weekend work may be required.

JOB OVERVIEW:

nGeneration has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Services Assistant who will be responsible for supporting in the following areas of the business:

• Warehouse
• Staging
• Repair
• Field Service
• Logistics

You will be required to assist the above departments with various tasks that are necessary to the business in real-time.

Example tasks may include, but are not limited too:

• Booking assets in and out of the warehouse
• Assist in following a step-by-step guides in the repair centre
• Help to set up items/products in preparation for staging
• Deliver kit to site
• Deliver kit to a field service engineer
• Organise company documents or assets
• Assist with software such as Asset Management

Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates are required to:

• Full UK Driving Licence - Held for a minimum of 2 years
• Feel confident driving Vans up to the size of a Luton
• Proficient In Microsoft 365 Software
• Good computing skills
• Good communication skills (Both verbal and written)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Vibrant and Enthusiastic personality
