Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced React Lead with expertise in TypeScript and Node.js to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both product development initiatives and client projects, using your expertise in React.js.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that meet customer needs.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Leverage Node.js to implement server-side logic and build scalable back-end services, integrating front-end applications with back-end systems.
• Proficient in React js version 18.0.0, Redux tool Kit, Functional components, TypeScript, NodeJS, Express, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Webpack and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Work on client projects, understanding project requirements, and implementing custom software solutions using React.js and related libraries/frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed, addressing scalability, security, and other considerations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in front-end development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-8 years’ proven experience as a React Lead, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on both product development and client projects.
• Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of React concepts and component-based architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and experience building scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with modern front-end development tools and workflows.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Redux, NodeJS, Express, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Webpack and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with databases and data modelling concepts, both SQL and NoSQL, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in both front-end and back-end development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
