Youtap Limited is seeking a highly motivated QA Software Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. Youtap is a leading provider of digital payment and financial technology solutions, empowering consumers and businesses worldwide to transact securely and conveniently. As the QA Software Automation Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Youtap's software applications and products.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of QA and Testing for Youtap, this is a hands-on role where you will lead and guide the automation testing efforts for Youtap's software products. You will collaborate closely with the development team to design, implement, and execute automated tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and timely feedback. You will also contribute to continuously improving the test automation framework and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the automation testing efforts for Youtap's software products.
• Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and changes, and design appropriate test cases.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites, promptly identifying and reporting any issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the QA team members on test automation best practices and techniques.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the test automation framework and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in test automation, and suggest improvements to enhance the QA testing capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Strong experience in the development of banking and mobile wallet solutions for banks and enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python for test automation.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in testing mobile applications and familiarity with mobile testing frameworks is a plus.
• Fluent in Thai and English (สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว)
