Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mass Transit **Business Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to work with an industry leading team on several initiatives aimed at improving and digitizing processes and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting Key Stakeholders in Rail & Bus Operations Center
• Development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures SOPs.
• Assist with the collection, input, and distribution of operational data.
• Support the documentation, execution and streamlining of training courses by working with SMEs.
• Ensure that procedures align with regulatory standards while promoting operational excellence.
