Main atributions and responsibilities:

  • Maintenaning consistent and accurate Customer Master Data in SAP and /or Central Master Data system ( e.g Athena), based on the requests received from internal partners (Sales, Finance Departments, Logistics, Production Plants, Process owners, E-Commerce etc.) according to specific rules;
  • Analyzing master data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business processes and decision-making;
  • Performing various activities related to customer master data management, including but not limited to, creating/changing requests, activating/deactivating accounts, channel conflict resolution and other Customer Master Data related processes;
  • Data cleaning up within multiple ERPs (ex. Duplicates, registered Name, Address, VAT etc.);
  • Liaison for data between different processes - credit, pricing, CRM team, ERP team, eComm, Marketing, etc;
  • Acting as 1st level consultant for problems and questions related to Customer Mater Data, raised by internal partners;
  • Maintaining high data quality standards by following to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures;
  • Offering support in updating the procedures for the team;
  • Assisting the implementation of new systems and add-ons that support and establish efficiency improvements in the processes /systems to provide value to business requirements;
  • Performing basic statistical and relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies & anomalies;
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts on reporting topics;
  • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Executing customer master data maintenance as per the defined governance rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs; DTPs), naming convention and other enterprise data standards;
  • Supporting and providing feedback to customer master data governance regarding the definition / documentation of data maintenance related processes (rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs; DTPs), naming convention and other enterprise master data standards);
  • Identifiing areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies;
  • In collaboration with customer master data process matter experts and customer master data specialists, reviews and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
  • Providing assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with Customer Master Data Process Matter Experts and Customer Master Data Specialists;
  • Making recommendations and help to define strategy on Customer Master Data management operational process improvements and standardization to gain greater effectiveness;
  • Being responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Customer Master Data management deliverables;
  • Ensuring compliance with Detective Controls, Mcos controls, Central directives and audit guidelines;
  • Runing business specifics reports ( UC4, Duplicates, Quality checks, Trading Partner reports, RB91 customers changed by RB90, Mitigating);
  • Escalating as per escalation matrix;
  • Working with supervisor to set priorities and be able to actively assist in all problem resolution matters;
  • Responsible for reading, understanding, and applying the procedure from the area of responsibility and also interdepartmental procedure subscribed in SOCOS;
  • Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior.

Requirements

Studies:

  • University Diploma;
  • High school Diploma.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Language: English;
  • Experience and or studies in business management, economics, finance, accounting,
  • controlling, purchasing, buyers, logistics, order management, IT, business analytics;
  • Experience in the use of technologies in the context of master data management;
  • Experienced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT);
  • Experienced in SAP;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent initiative, communication, teamwork, leadership;
  • Problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, growth mindset and drive for results;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to assess and measure impact and prioritize tasks accordingly;
  • Ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability;
  • High level of customer and service orientation.
