About Gathern:

Gathern is a company developing a peer-to-peer (P2P) vacation rental marketplace. Its solution allows users to rent a villa, apartment, farm, caravan, room, chalet, camp, or yacht, among other options, directly from an individual owner, while the owners have the ability to list their properties for rent through the website and application without having to obtain an individual rental license.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior CRM Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to optimize customer retention and engagement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer lifecycle management, implement segmentation strategies, and create personalized customer experiences.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

CRM Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM objectives and KPIs.
  • Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and preferences.
  • Create customer journeys and communication plans to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

CRM Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and in-app notifications.
  • Create personalized and targeted content that aligns with customer segmentation.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Customer Insights and Analysis:

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate actionable insights to inform CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Create customer profiles and personas to enhance understanding and targeting.
  • Utilize data visualization tools and dashboards to report on CRM performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the data analytics team to leverage data and automation tools.
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM or customer marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
