Infrastructure Engineer

• Installing and maintaining computers, operating systems, and user applications, and providing the respective support.
• Support in managing Office 365 services and Power Applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate etc.)
• Maintaining computer network
• Installing and maintaining of Windows servers and all respective features (AD, DNS, WSUS etc.)
• Automating processes (Powershell, Active Batch, Desktop Central)
• Creating dashboards and monitoring environments (Elastic Stack, Solarwinds, etc.)
• Virtualization (ability to manage virtual machines through vSphere)
• Managing SFTP server
• Responding to incidents in the production environment
• Creating procedures and providing training
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar course.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• Significant experience with user support

Must know how to use:

• Microsoft related technology
• PowerShell
