What you'll be doing...

Who What Wear UK is looking for an experienced Beauty Director to join our dynamic editorial team. Reporting to the Deputy Editor, as the Beauty Director, you will drive growth and develop the strategy across our Beauty pillar. You are an experienced beauty editor or director who can work to an impressive standard. A strategic digital-first attitude and ability to create quickly and easily will be essential to this role. Above all, we are looking for someone with an industry standing, who is collaborative, creative, analytical and someone who can help accelerate Who What Wear Beauty into its next stage.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

• Required 8+ years’ experience in a beauty content role
• Highest proficiency as a journalist and digital expert
• Experience managing junior team members and freelancers
• Knowledge within the Beauty industry
• Experience leading and inspiring a team
• Team-player attitude - a can-do spirit

The expected range for this role is £33,000 - £47,000

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
