About the role.

We are expanding our Digital Marketing Team to help maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers across Paid Social platforms. We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the operational execution of campaigns in social platforms and is accountable for the day-to-day management of efficient media spend and generation of new customers. It’s a fast paced, exciting role and a great opportunity to make a difference to our customers and to our business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, and build campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
  • Maintain and optimise activity to ensure successful delivery against KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPM.
  • Look for opportunities to continually evolve accounts inline with business objectives and the changing landscape of paid social.
  • Use platform and internal data to report the performance of activity to different stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Identify test and learn opportunities to improve performance and advance the paid social strategy.
  • Advise and contribute to creative briefs for campaigns, understanding the role of creative across the funnel.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of digital marketing executives.
  • Keeping up to date on industry and platform trends and changes.

About you.

  • 2/3 years digital marketing experience.
  • Hands on experience of managing Paid Social campaigns.
  • Experience of both direct response activity utilising feeds and branding activity.
  • Good Team worker.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Must have high attention to detail e.g. proofreading, spelling, grammar.
  • PC literate especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2nd stage – A one-hour Task based Interview which is relevant to the BAU of the role followed by a Q&A.
