Account Director

We are working with a creative agency, now searching for an Account Director to join their team.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Location: Bath hybrid

Required skills & experience

It's essential you have experience working in an agency setting, and have previous experience managing packaging projects.

Building great relationships with clients, to get to know their business challenges and objectives.

Work closely with strategists to interrogate client briefs by challenging and questioning, then proposing solutions that met these.

Lead and motivate the account team to deliver projects on time with top quality results.

Enjoy mentoring more junior members of the account team, to help them achieve their best.

Responsible for account financials, ensuring these remain profitable and internal and external budgets are met.

This is a great opportunity for an established Senior Account Manager ready to take a step up or someone that is already operating at Account Director level searching for a new challenge.
