AtkinsRéalis are looking for a Graphic Designer (Saudi national) to pe part of the PMC team on a major programme in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high quality reports and other documentation for external use and publication.

• Production of high qualityhigh-quality graphics in the forms of maps, plans and illustrations within Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD for use within bids and formal submissions.

• To work on a number of individual projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

• Adherence to AtkinsRealis BMS and Procedures.

• To work as part of an integrated building design team and co-ordinate with other design disciplines.

• Proven graphic design experience.

• Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch Up.).

• Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

• Significant expertise and experience in a number of mainstream graphics packages, including In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reportsreports, and other such documentation within InDesign.

• Must be able to produce high quality graphics in the forms of maps, plans and illustrations within Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD.

• Ability for self-checking & correction of work.

• Must have appreciation of the work of other disciplines.

• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal.

• Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources.

• Knowledge of sketchupSketchUp, Revit Autodesk suite and other related software packages.

• Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environment within KSA region.

• Ability to travel without restriction throughout the GCC region.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the construction and engineering industry
  • KSA experience is mandatory

Skills & Competencies:

  • Essential experience in high end mixed use, residential and infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience in PMC and project delivery on significant schemes.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English (Arabic preferred).
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills highlighting organization, time management, and flexibility.
  • Proven competence in overseeing multiple packages of work simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to evaluate intricate design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Applied financial acumen and attention to best value for investment within agreed budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.
  • Experience working with diverse and cross-functional team disciplines, fostering effective collaboration and integration of various stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset, consistently achieving project goals and driving success in design delivery.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
