Your team

Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative Engineers. Your mission

You will join our mission to make Frontify a place for all brands to thrive. By building and enhancing the platform used by many of your favorite brands, you will take our brand and digital asset management tools to new heights.

You will be part of our Backend Platform team, who's main goal is to provide a compelling set of essential tools, services and foundations for our product teams to build upon. You will be responsible for extending, modernizing and scaling new or existing backend services, with a focus on reliability, security and performance. Every team in our organization relies on the capabilities that the Backend Platform team provides, so your role will be crucial in helping Frontify to achieve its mission.

Your story

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office – or even mix it up during the week! Work from where you feel most productive and comfortable
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• You are comfortable using PHP8+ and TypeScript and have enough familiarity with technologies such as GraphQL, REST, MySQL, Docker and AWS.
• You have professional experience in developing, scaling and maintaining large software solutions.
• You are an expert in modern software development practices, such as continuous delivery, test automation, observability and static code analysis.
• You are not afraid to dive into legacy code and improve it when necessary. But you are also able to design and implement new features from scratch in a performant and maintainable way.
• You can get things done and are not afraid to take ownership of your work.
• You can communicate fluently in English.
