Junior Product Designer

Simulmedia is transforming the way brands, marketers and agencies reach audiences. Our leading advertising platform, TV+, allows clients to unlock new viewers across linear TV, CTV and video games. From advanced data analytics to predictive modeling to real-time analytics and more, our cutting-edge tools make it easy for advertisers to deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

We seek a Product Designer to help us build and scale our end-to-end CTV platform, enabling advertisers and media owners to reach audiences across all screens and devices where ConnectedTV content is consumed. To deliver a great user experience and delight our customers, the Junior Product Designer will be helping in processing user research insights, supporting in designing user interfaces, and supporting design system.

This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.

Responsibilities

● Research, sketch, prototype, and test product design decisions

● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

● Support of design discovery activities to help define products, features, and user requirements.

● Support and development of design system that unifies the user experience across the product

Qualifications

● 1+ years of professional experience in Product Design.

● Portfolio and work samples including solution of web-design, and web-interfaces of real commercial work, including design process (research, modeling, ideation), along with unused drafts

● Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and spacing.

● Knowledge about design process and UX research

● Able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale

● Able to work and iterate fast providing multiple solutions

● Strong problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on fast iterations and continuous improvement.

● Proficient in Figma and prototyping

● Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation

● Stay up to date with the latest Ul trends, design systems, and emerging best practices

● Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams

● Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST
