In that case, we want you to join our team as Instructional Designer / Content Writer.

Based in our Cebu operations hub, you will help ensure successful development of engaging training courses, user guides and other relevant content.

You will be expected to:

  • Based on existing material, independently develop Transversal skills training content to be delivered live or via our eLearning platform
  • Answer the training-related queries we receive on a daily basis via a ticket platform
  • Work with the team to manage our eLearning platform (user creation, groups & course assignments)
  • Create user guides, service introductions, tutorials, canned responses for our teams and clients
  • Collaborate with our internal technical experts to design, create and update our training materials
  • Coordinate and support the staff engagement initiatives locally & globally
  • Explore new innovative training tools and new training methods with high tech

Requirements

It could be you if you:

  • Have a degree or proven experience in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Copywriting
  • Like fast-paced and changing environments

The skills that will make you succeed:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to rethink existing contents, create engaging contents, while following guidelines and requester’s instructions
  • High attention to details and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts, the Training team members, and other key stakeholders
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, video editing, and other relevant tools.
