Automation Engineer

What We Need:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for customers’ network management needs. What You'll Do:

• Assist in designing, creating, and executing automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.
• Perform automated testing of software applications to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, post-sales engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop automation solutions that meet project goals.
• Enhance NetBrain Automation Library and build automations based on customer’s needs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation scripts, frameworks, and processes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with automation scripts and tools, ensuring smooth execution and accurate results.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (STEM).
• Previous experience in software development is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with little supervision and guidance.
• Able to work in Burlington, MA on a hybrid schedule .
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

For this role, the estimated base range is between $70,000- $78,000+ Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
