About the role:

As the Senior Vice President of Product Management for Helium 10 SMB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for our core product to develop and deliver solutions that cater specifically to the needs of SMB sellers. Your strategic vision, technical and product expertise, and leadership will be instrumental in driving Helium 10’s continued growth in this market. The ideal candidate will also have strong focus on execution of Helium 10’s product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Pacvue’s Chief Product Officer, GM of SMB, and cross-functional leadership and stakeholders to drive product strategy and roadmap
• Lead both SMB Core and SMB Mid-Market Product teams at Helium 10
• Provide guidance and direction to VPs, Directors and Group Product Managers on the creation of processes, procedures, and tactics to achieve objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Helium 10's vision and market needs, ensuring the continued growth and success of the product portfolio.
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Media and Ads industry.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, customer-centric solutions that meet market demands.
• Champion user-centric design principles and ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences across all Helium 10 products to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align product strategies with business goals and drive successful product launches.
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform product decisions, optimize features, and prioritize product roadmap initiatives for maximum impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• This is a global role that will work with teams in both the US and China and will require schedule flexibility between time zones in the US and China.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Product management experience with direct reports, building high growth, products and services.
• Head of Product experience preferred at a scaled ($50MM to $100M+ annual revenue), high-growth SaaS company
• Experience working on a data driven SAAS offering and using data to drive decisions.
• Experience leading products with both product-led and sales-led growth motions
• Background in engineering or data science.
• Proven track record of people leadership including recruiting, training and retaining top talent, with experience leading offshore or global teams (Experience with teams based in China preferred)
• Understand technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas based on customer insights.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical product strategy to execs and team members
• Able to create sub-objectives that align with greater function/business unit objectives and optimize the division's output given current and forecasted challenges and opportunities.
• Provide leadership to concurrent initiatives while meeting aggressive deadline
• Comfortable with Agile suite of Product Management tools (JIRA, ProductBoard, Aha, etc)
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams, executive leadership, customers, and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and buy-in
